Elemental

The gift was given during the commencement of Spring 2018.

In an environment supporting sustainability and growth, whilst investing in modern techniques to appreciate and celebrate the authenticity of this context, I have created this piece. Elemental is composed of fully recycled materials that have been re-purposed to envision the potential of the materials, yet keeping their essence. The process of creating this piece was mindful of the raw materials (recycled aluminum, copper, construction waste), which were liquefied at a high temperature to change their state, allowing them to be molded into any form. Elemental is a resemblance of a sustainable and environment-conscious attitude,utilized to re-purpose the abandoned elements into a precious object. It is a combination of digital artwork and physical craft.
